Job Description

The Office Assistant will join the global Office Management Team and be responsible for various administrative and office management tasks. Primary duties include maintaining help to global teams such as Service and IT, managing correspondence with Teknopark, overseeing logistics and document traffic, handling reception duties, and organizing business travel. Additional responsibilities involve managing the office kitchen, ensuring order and cleanliness, overseeing procurement of office supplies, administering the corporate library, and performing other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office Suite and good knowledge of English.
