Director of IT, Internal Audit

As Director of IT, Internal Audit, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Legal Officer in executing the audit strategy and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Internal Audit function, with primary focus on SOX for IT systems and automated business processes. You will support the development of the annual risk assessment and audit plan, manage budgeting, and lead execution of IT SOX, including resource allocation, testing, deficiency escalation, and reporting. This role provides high-value, independent insights, leveraging technology to foster growth within Internal Audit. Responsibilities include maintaining independence, harmonizing SOX IT controls, assessing cybersecurity measures, and collaborating with business and IT leaders to ensure a unified SOX 404 approach. The role also assists in building audit function infrastructure through standard operating procedures, automation, and data analytics.
