Responsibilities:

  • Consult with Conti Life Cycle partners on pre-install requirements, plant layout, and government regulations for equipment installation.
  • Implement and train on retreading quality processes, tracking systems, and provide technical assistance for machine and process-related problems.
  • Install, demonstrate, and train customers on Digital Solutions products, conduct stock checks, and support sales teams with technical expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering plus 2+ years experience or 5+ years of relevant retreading and plant installation experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with project management and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Canada (50-75%), possessing a valid passport and driver's license; bilingual English/French is a plus.
