• Travel to customer sites throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico to install, service, troubleshoot and repair TRUMPF CNC fabricating machine tools.
• Provide high-quality technical service to customers to ensure optimal sheet metal machine performance, documenting information and suggesting improvements.
• Train customers to operate and/or service machines to ensure maximum productivity, acting as a TRUMPF Service ambassador to enable their business success.
