Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deployment success and customer satisfaction while improving processes.

Operational Context:

Navigate dynamic, mission-critical operational technology environments, including secure or regulated sites.
Travel up to approximately 50% as needed to support field operations and customer implementations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Eligibility for a U.S. security clearance and a valid U.S. passport are required for this position.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication skills, and comfort in a fast-paced startup setting.
