Overview:
- Install Tenna product trackers on mid-sized vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Test trackers and equipment after installations to ensure performance and compliance with specifications.
- Train Tenna customers on best practices for hardware installation and proper use of Tenna products.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues associated with Tenna’s equipment and systems.
- Ensure installations are completed according to Tenna’s policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience as an automotive mechanic or heavy-duty equipment mechanic required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including bending, stooping, climbing, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
