What You Will Do:
- Participate in business requirements sessions and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Create technical documentation and review vendor designs for systems modifications.
- Mentor technical analysts and lead department projects and initiatives.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience creating technical documents and knowledge of API and batch systems.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience with Facets or other healthcare payor adjudication systems is preferred.
Location & Schedule:
- Headquartered in Providence, RI, with remote, hybrid, and on-site schedules available.
- Remote work permitted in select states pending HR approval.
