Job Description
Lead Neo4jās PLG Marketing analytics strategy, turning data into insights and frameworks that accelerate user acquisition, activation, and monetization. This role is crucial for accelerating their self-serve Go-to-Market (GTM) motion; building analytical models and reporting frameworks that inform PLG marketing decisions, from channel optimization to in-product engagement. Partner closely with Product, Digital, and Product Analytics teams to define KPIs and translate insights into scalable programs that drive activation and revenue.
As a founding member of their PLG Marketing team, shape how they use data to grow Neo4jās self-serve business from the ground up with the goal of helping users discover and realize more value from Neo4j Aura. Responsibilities include reporting and performance analysis, growth and funnel optimization, strategic planning and decision support, and cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
