Job Description

As an Imaging Service Engineer I, you are responsible for performing scheduled service work on systems within a service area, and some unscheduled work in the service area with the assistance of technical support, as directed by the Area Service Manager. Your duties include performing preventative maintenance, unscheduled maintenance with technical support, installations, and de-installations of products. You must maintain excellent working relations with field personnel, home office personnel, and management. You will also maintain timely communications with the management team, perform administrative duties, keep up to date on customer service orders, and maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Utilizing the escalation process, you'll resolve customer service delivery issues and conduct root cause analysis. Must be prepared to work odd hours and overtime as required.
