The Field Service Engineer I – US is responsible for performing scheduled service work on systems within a service area, and some unscheduled work in the service area with the assistance of technical support, as directed. Duties include preventative maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, installations, and de-installations. Must maintain excellent working relations with field/office personnel and management, timely communications, and administrative duties.

As a Grid Interconnection Associate you will play a key role in Giga Energy's data center expansion initiatives by identifying and securing optimal grid interconnection points. This role requires collaborating with utilities, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of new electrical capacity to support internal data center growth. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in utility interconnection processes, understanding of utility-grade electrical infrastructure, and modeling of utility electrical rates.
