Job Description
The Immigration Case Manager will be the chief communicator and point of contact for clients throughout the process for TN, H-2B, PERM and other immigration cases. This role involves collecting and preparing all necessary documentation with strict deadlines and ensuring that cases are submitted free of mistakes. The Case Manager will communicate on behalf of clients with State Workforce Agencies, the Department of Labor, and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, as well as collaborate with internal and external immigration attorneys on complex cases. They will also maintain accurate, complete, and confidential case files on Seso's proprietary platform communicating complex concepts and priorities clearly to both customers that have had extensive experience with visa programs and those that are learning.
