Own Chamber's roadmap for interoperability, external integrations, APIs, and supporting platform capabilities.
Translate clinical, operational, and business needs into clear product requirements and prioritized technical initiatives.
Identify opportunities for reusable integration frameworks and shared services rather than one-off implementations.

Healthcare Interoperability & Data Exchange:

Lead product discovery and technical scoping for EHRs, health information exchanges, payer systems, and clinical data networks.
Develop deep understanding of clinical and administrative data flows, including identity, encounters, medications, claims, and eligibility.
Drive improvements in data completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across connected systems.

Third-Party Integrations & Technology Partnerships:

Own the product lifecycle of integrations with external technology providers, including communications and workflow tools.
Lead technical discovery with vendors, evaluate capabilities and dependencies, and coordinate joint roadmaps.
Contribute to build-versus-buy assessments in partnership with Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders.

Technical Execution & Reliability:

Translate complex system interactions into well-defined product specifications and acceptance criteria.
Establish expectations for integration reliability, observability, error handling, and data reconciliation.
Help define measures of integration health, including data freshness, processing failures, and time to onboard partners.
