Responsibilities:
- Provide centralized technical assistance and support for healthcare facilities, vendors, developers, and integration partners.
- Troubleshoot integration, connectivity, configuration, onboarding, and data-exchange issues across healthcare integration services.
- Document defects, fixes, and support issues for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field with 7+ years of experience.
- Strong experience with healthcare interoperability technologies including EHR, HIE, FHIR, APIs, and interfaces.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
