Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers from contract assignment through their onboarding experience.
- Manage multiple customers and projects at different stages in their onboarding journey.
- Act as a trusted collaborator to prepare technically and operationally for integration outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a technical, client-facing role within Healthcare IT or SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with HL7v2, FHIR, X12, C-CDA, and modern APIs.
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows and EHR systems.
