This role plays a pivotal part as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights, resolve complex issues, and enhance the overall client experience. The role necessitates a blend of analytical prowess and customer-focused thinking in contribution to Deel’s mission of simplifying global employment. Responsibilities include assisting mid-sized customers onboard the Deel platform, acting as their primary support during setup, and training customers on Deel's features while resolving issues and executing necessary operations. Partnering with Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams is essential to ensure the best customer experience. As well as, suggesting ideas for workflow optimization through process improvements and product automation.
