Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead and scale Thumbtack’s Paid Social program. This role will manage two direct reports and serve as the go-to expert across social growth channels - including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and influencer marketing. You’ll drive both national and local campaigns, marrying sharp execution with cross-functional leadership and a strong understanding of how social fits within our broader growth engine.
You'll own and scale Thumbtack’s paid social strategy across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest - driving incremental customer growth, while balancing positive contribution. You will oversee all aspects of campaign management —including budget pacing, bid optimization, creative iteration, audience segmentation, and platform best practices. You will translate customer insights and performance signals into an experimentation roadmap, and manage external agency and platform relationships.
