Staff/Principal Engagement Manager (HHS)

At Skylight, engagement managers are responsible for driving the overall success of our client work. They translate client objectives and constraints into an engagement approach, assemble multi-disciplinary teams, and manage projects using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. They set up the team for successful delivery by removing obstacles, coaching them on collaboration, and enabling their work. The role involves conducting retrospectives, providing visibility into the engagement status, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. Minimum qualifications include understanding agile principles, building client relationships, and growing Skylight's business through business development activities. A mindset and work approach should align with Skylight's core values.
