About the role:
- Lead the specialist team advising on equity incentives and venture capital tax reliefs.
- Design and implement cutting-edge share schemes and strategic tax planning for high-growth businesses.
About the day to day:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, drive project financial growth, and operate as an expert in your tax area.
- Build relationships with private equity firms and high-growth businesses.
- Coach and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a learning culture.
About you:
- Hold CTA, ACA/ACCA or equivalent with 7+ years in tax advisory.
- Deep expertise in equity incentives (EMI, CSOP, Growth Shares) and venture capital schemes (SEIS/EIS, VCT).
