Senior Product Marketing Manager, Venture Capital

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the strategy, positioning, and messaging for the venture capital segment, tailored to each stakeholder in the buying group.
• Build persona playbooks, ROI narratives, and competitive battlecards to enable sales and drive deal velocity.
• Partner with Demand Gen, Product, and Customer Marketing to ensure consistent, high-impact go-to-market execution.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the venture capital ecosystem, with deep understanding of how VC firms operate and buy.
• Proven ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for technical and non-technical buyers.
• AI fluency and experience using LLMs and automation tools to accelerate research, content creation, and competitive analysis.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary range of $115,000 - $215,000 USD (or $85,000 - $137,000 CAD) plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
