Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Joko, you will own your domain end to end, touching nearly every team. You will lead initiatives across internal systems and infrastructure — from back-office tools and SDK integrations to invoicing, fraud detection, and monitoring. You will optimize reliability and costs, helping Joko scale sustainably by driving efficiency in the server architecture and internal processes. You will also stay ahead of compliance (GDPR, data privacy, ESG standards), ensuring we’re building responsibly as we grow. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Security to understand needs, prioritize impact, and ship solutions that make everyone’s life easier. You will bring clarity and structure to complex systems — turning operational pain points into scalable, documented, and delightful solutions.
