Responsibilities:
- Underwrite a broad spectrum of lending products while applying credit policies.
- Review deal packages for accuracy, conduct prospect interviews, and interpret due diligence.
- Develop understanding of each prospect's business and associated credit risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years experience in commercial lending or credit underwriting.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, cash flows, and credit information.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $72,000–$120,000 USD with annual performance incentive.
