Responsibilities:
- Underwrite loans of all sizes and complexity, ensuring timely and accurate credit decisions.
- Review financial statements, cash flows, and collateral to assess risk.
- Collaborate with business development and mentor less experienced team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years relevant experience.
- Strong business acumen, customer focus, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage the full underwriting process from proposal to closing.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $72,000 - $120,000 per year, plus annual performance incentive.
- Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and PTO.
