Flow Servicing Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Flow Servicing Analyst to join our Investor Reporting team. This role supports key functions related to flow servicing, including seller coordination, fund application, reconciliation, and data validation. The ideal candidate is someone who is seasoned within the mortgage servicing space, is comfortable working with numbers, and can communicate effectively within internal and external teams. Responsibilities include assisting in reviewing and reconciling investor account activity, supporting the validation of loan purchase advice and funding data, helping prepare documentation for client billing and reporting tasks, and applying incoming funds to the correct accounts after reconciling with transfer data. Additionally, the role involves retrieving and organizing data from investor platforms for internal analysis and tracking, escalating discrepancies and variances to senior team members, and contributing to trend tracking and post-reconciliation analysis. The analyst will also participate in cash management tasks, maintain awareness of servicing transfer processes, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and respond to internal inquiries during audits.
