Job Description

The Talent Attraction Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Wilson's recruitment and client delivery teams. In this position, you'll work with clients and recruiters to find, identify, and present top-notch talent tailored for various roles. You will execute an effective and innovative sourcing strategy to identify exceptional talent, conduct complex internet searches, network, and conduct phone interviews. Maintaining strong client and candidate relationships is important as well as updating applicant tracking systems. The requirements are to achieve results in a fast-paced environment, exceed performance expectations, have excellent communication skills, be adaptable to change, and work well in a team. Excellent organization and familiarity with social media is needed as well.
