Job Description
As the VP of Product, you will own and drive product strategy, defining the complete product roadmap and making high-stakes prioritization decisions that balance clinical outcomes, operational scalability, patient experience, and business growth objectives. You will also lead AI product innovation, driving our AI strategy and identifying opportunities to leverage emerging tools and technologies to transform care delivery and operational efficiency. Orchestrating large cross-functional initiatives will be key, leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects across clinical, engineering, operations, growth, and revenue cycle teams to deliver on strategic goals. You will navigate healthcare complexity by building products that meet the needs of HIPAA compliance requirements, clinical safety protocols, and reimbursement models while maintaining a relentless focus on user experience. Finally, you will build, mentor, and lead a high performing product organization, scaling a world-class product culture as the company grows, scaling product practices, rituals, and standards.
