Act as a critical link between internal teams, building strategic pipeline forecasts and shortlisting sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, including negotiations with landlords and developers.
Ensure sites meet zoning, electrical capacity, and supply chain requirements.
Prepare business cases and financial analyses to assess occupancy costs and capital investment.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in commercial real estate, site selection, or industrial brokerage.
Strong financial and legal acumen with proven stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel up to 40% and manage multiple workstreams across diverse markets.
