Technical Training Content Developer

Sift is looking for a Technical Training Content Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality technical training materials for corporate training initiatives. The role involves developing e-learning modules, tutorials, guides, and assessments. Collaboration with subject matter experts is essential to gather technical content and ensure accuracy. The role also includes designing engaging and interactive learning experiences, utilizing various tools to produce and publish training content, and updating existing training materials, while independently handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Candidates should have a technical background, corporate training content experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. Experience with Absorb LMS, Articulate 360, TechSmith tools, and knowledge of instructional design principles are preferred. A Bachelor's degree in IT or Software Engineering is a bonus.
