Senior Manager of Technical Strategy & Operations

Position Summary:

• This role combines factory-level utility and process engineering knowledge with structured problem-solving and research synthesis.
• You will serve as a central coordination and operations partner for the technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support research, evaluations, and vetting of climate technologies and industrial decarbonization pathways.
• Structure complex technical information into clear frameworks and conclusions to inform leadership decisions.
• Coordinate work across the technical team, consultants, and external partners to drive project efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in energy consulting, industrial decarbonization research, or technical program management.
• Factory-level process and utility engineering experience with strong logical and communication skills.
