Job Description

We’re hiring a Go-to-Market Marketing Lead to accelerate growth and lead marketing for our Owner, Developer, and General Contractor (OGC) segment. In this high-impact, strategic role, you’ll own the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of emerging productsβ€”shaping the narrative, crafting compelling positioning, and driving campaigns that generate traction, revenue, and brand presence. Sitting at the intersection of product and growth marketing, this role is ideal for a builder who thrives in 0β†’1 environments and knows how to turn early signals into market momentum. Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy for the Owner, Developer, and General Contractor segment. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in close collaboration with product, sales, and leadership. Craft clear, persona-driven messaging that addresses the specific needs and pain points of Owners, Developers, and General Contractors. Lead product launches and integrated marketing campaigns from early signal testing through full-scale rollout. Drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across channels.
