Strategic Finance Manager

Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting processes in collaboration with department leaders and work with the financial reporting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting. You will also own and maintain our master financial/operating model to support short, medium, and long-term strategic planning. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business decisions, risks, and potential ROI. Partner directly with various teams to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making with a strong ROI. Monitor key metrics and develop dashboards using our BI tool to highlight trends and business performance. Assist with board materials, investor decks, and fundraising data requests. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the SVP, Finance & Operations, providing insights and recommendations on key financial decisions and business strategies.
