Job Description
You will design, build, and scale Emma’s internal platform, enabling fast, secure, and reliable software delivery across all our product teams. You will develop and maintain developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation to reduce cognitive load and increase team productivity. You will own critical parts of our internal tooling and platform services, driving improvements in reliability, performance, and usability. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand their workflows and remove friction from the software development lifecycle. You will contribute to our DevOps and SRE practices, ensuring robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response for our platform services. You will help define and implement standards, documentation, and best practices that enable scalable and consistent development across Emma.
