Weβre hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join our One@Work (Earned Wage Access) team and help lead marketing efforts across lifecycle, cross-sell, and product launches. This role is focused on building and scaling high-impact marketing strategies that drive user engagement, retention, and growth within ONE@Work and seamlessly connect those users to the broader OnePay ecosystem, and drive strategy and execution for key communications that impact millions of customers. This role involves designing and executing multi-channel engagement campaigns, developing cross-sell strategies, partnering with various teams to launch and scale communications, defining communication strategy for key initiatives, and working with external partners to drive adoption.
