About the Role:
- Own cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environment with focus on reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Lead AI-assisted engineering to design, build, and operate platform infrastructure.
- Drive CI/CD and GitOps practices for safe and fast shipping.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and engineering managers.
- Partner with Security and Corporate IT on handoffs between platform and security.
- Build observability and reliability practices to improve developer experience.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering with hands-on Azure and Kubernetes experience.
- 3+ years managing engineers or engineering managers.
- Deep experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure as code.
