Accountabilities:

  • Lead a small Infrastructure Engineering team while maintaining a 50/50 balance between people management and hands-on technical contribution.
  • Own the reliability, modernization, and operation of production infrastructure, including Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud environments.
  • Drive infrastructure migrations and modernization initiatives from planning through completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, with 7+ years of experience and at least 2 years managing engineers.
  • Recent hands-on experience with production Kubernetes in Azure or comparable public cloud, plus strong infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead engineers while making substantial individual technical contributions.
