Job Description
Serve customers as a Solution Architect; Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor; Leverage Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Knowledge; Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions; Drive continuous improvement and innovation on long-term customer engagements focused on strategic outcomes. Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce and/or Amazon platform expert. Lead 3 to 4 managed services engagements concurrently supported by consultants in India and Colombia. Own client and team onboarding activities. Partner with customers to define and manage Backlog. Be responsible for engagement status, risk tracking, issue tracking, and customer communication. Routine and complex configuration of the Salesforce platform. Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.
