Team Description:
- Evolve Marketing & BD Data Science from ad-hoc reporting to a strategic data science partnership that scales Reddit’s marketing efforts.
- Help product and marketing teams make data-driven, high-confidence decisions.
- Centered around Data Foundations, Causal Measurement & Metrics, and Decision-Making Insights.
Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists.
- Drive the adoption of strategic and tactical recommendations based on data understanding to maximize our value to consumers.
- Standardize measurement frameworks to evaluate Brand Initiatives and ensure consistent metrics are aligned across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience as a people manager.
- Expertise in causal inference, A/B testing experimentation, metric definition and governance, and product strategy.
- Proficient in SQL and Python/R for hands-on analysis.
