Job Description
We are recruiting a software developer to create the next identity migration feature of ShareGate – our biggest advancement in infrastructure migration. You will be part of a newly formed team, working alongside senior technical leaders to shape this key product expansion and solve complex, high-impact problems.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and durable software solutions aligned with technical and business objectives. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver valuable features from discovery to production, ensuring their reliability and performance throughout their lifecycle.
You'll also contribute to code reviews and technical discussions to maintain high-quality standards and promote continuous improvement, proactively suggesting improvements, identifying potential problems early, and influencing team decisions. The technology stack involves working within a mature codebase in .NET (C#), developing and maintaining features for a WPF desktop interface, and leveraging established tools and CI/CD pipelines.
