Onboarding Project Manager - Acute Care

As an Onboarding Project Manager, you’ll lead healthcare clients through successful implementations of the Regard platform, partnering with hospital executives, physician leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time. You will build trusted relationships positioning Regard as a strategic partner in digital transformation, driving project coordination and training to ensure clients see immediate value. Responsibilities include developing and owning the project implementation plan in collaboration with clients, defining project scope, timeline, and resources. You will also track and manage dependencies across integration, training, and adoption efforts, proactively identifying risks and issues, and monitoring user feedback during UAT and facility go-live.
