Engineering Manager

As we expand our product range, we’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Engineering Manager (operations & manufacturing) to lead our operational engineering efforts. This role bridges the digital and physical worlds—spanning software systems and operational processes—to drive the development, optimisation, and launch of new physical products within our operations team. You’ll play a key role in evolving our platform, overseeing the transition from our classic systems to a modern architecture. You’ll lead the engineering work behind our in-house manufacturing and shipping operations, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals.
