Accountabilities:

Own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the design system across web and mobile.
Set and uphold quality standards, including accessibility and brand fidelity, and architect components for AI consumption.
Drive adoption through clear documentation, mentoring, and contribution models, and shape AI-assisted design workflows.

Requirements:

7+ years of product design experience with a focus on web and mobile and experience in building and scaling a design system.
Strong product design fundamentals with excellent visual and interaction skills and fluency in modern front-end concepts.
Experience with AI tools in design workflow, particularly using Figma, and knowledge in setting and implementing accessibility standards.
