Senior Project Manager (Ukrainian Retail)

ELEKS is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Lviv, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk or Ternopil to work with a leading Ukrainian retail company operating over 1,000 stores nationwide. The project is centered around Agile transformation -- setting up cross-functional teams, defining new roles and responsibilities, and constructing a roadmap for IT performance measurement. The role involves leading one of the product streams within the IT transformation program, facilitating Agile delivery by implementing frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), running workshops, and coaching teams. Collaboration with senior stakeholders across IT, PMO, and HR is essential to design and implement a new operating model. The candidate will create transformation roadmaps, playbooks, and process documentation and also participate in designing and implementing performance metrics and governance systems.
