Job Description
You’ll keep the practice running smoothly—owning inbox and calendar flow, organizing high-volume client documents, supporting client intake and invoicing, and handling targeted non-legal research. The ideal hire is proactive, meticulous, and comfortable building lightweight systems as we scale. Daily triage, flagging priorities, drafting routine replies, and maintaining follow-ups, scheduling/confirming meetings, resolving conflicts, circulating links/agendas, setting reminders. Also creating and maintaining logical digital filing across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Preparing draft invoices, time and expense summaries, and sendables within the firm’s process, Conducting targeted non-legal research (vendors, facts, industry background). capturing SOPs; improve checklists, naming conventions, and folder structures.
