Primary Function:

  • Implement marketing programs to drive adoption and growth of da Vinci surgical procedures in Urology and Gynaecology.
  • Work with cross-functional regional sales, training, and European marketing teams to execute global standards locally.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand market dynamics including surgical rates, reimbursement levels, and key opinion leaders.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing tactics within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Build value propositions, tools, and events to engage physicians, patients, and providers.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of clinical/sales or product marketing experience in a therapeutic medical device company.
  • Bachelor's degree in life science or business with fluency in English and a Nordic language.
  • Strong project management, communication skills, and ability to travel 20-30% internationally.
