Remote Office Assistant / Dispatcher

This is a remote position with pay depending on experience and the value you bring to the team. Responsibilities include dispatching drivers and managing daily routes, updating truck and load statuses in real time, scheduling appointments and confirming delivery times, supporting drivers with clear instructions and updates and solving problems quickly and professionally. Ideal candidates should be highly organized with great attention to detail, have strong communication skills, able to multitask and work independently, and be quick-thinking with a problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with trucking, logistics, or dispatching is a plus.
