Senior Product Designer

About the Role:

• Lead and execute product initiatives from concept to UI, bringing a user-focused mentality.
• Work with a high level of autonomy while designing features and managing stakeholders.
• Serve as Project Owner on occasion to coordinate delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Own design projects end to end, including concept, scoping, user flows, UI, release, and follow-up.
• Drive discovery by defining what to build to address real problems and user needs.
• Write clear specifications and run design QA against intent and design system.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Product or UX Designer.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma and experience with design systems.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
