Maintain and organize materials library (samples, catalogs, finishes).
Order and track samples and deliveries.
Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, and lead times.

Project & Administrative Support:

Track sourcing items and project materials.
Assist in design documentation and presentations.
Support custom millwork concept development (as directed).
