Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares invoice packages for approval by Project Managers.
  • Reviews subconsultant invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintains project invoice/billing files and all supporting documents.

Qualifications:

  • Two-year college degree in Accounting or Finance or 2+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry highly desired.
  • Proficient Excel skills required.
