Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepares invoice packages for approval by Project Managers.
- Reviews subconsultant invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintains project invoice/billing files and all supporting documents.
Qualifications:
- Two-year college degree in Accounting or Finance or 2+ years of related experience.
- Experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry highly desired.
- Proficient Excel skills required.
