We seek a knowledgeable and proactive Employment Lawyer to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide expert legal guidance on all aspects of employment law, ensuring our organization remains compliant with all relevant regulations and fostering a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities include supporting business in best practices for employee relations and with complex employment terminations in different jurisdictions, reviewing and drafting employment contracts/policies/employee handbooks, and conducting internal investigations of employment related legal complaints. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in law and minimum 3 years of professional experience in an international company in the employment law area.
