FP&A Analyst / Associate

Role Summary:

• Serve as the analytical engine of the Finance team, working closely with Head of FP&A and CFO.
• Build and maintain financial plans, track performance against budgets, and deliver insights to management and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking, including scenario modelling and variance analysis.
• Define and track KPIs and prepare monthly management reports, board materials and investor reporting packs.

Commercial Partnering:

• Support pricing, margin and profitability analysis across customers, products, segments and deals.
• Evaluate financial impact of pricing changes and commercial proposals, recommend trade-offs.

Process Improvement:

• Streamline and automate recurring reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support ad hoc strategic analysis, including business cases, fundraising and M&A evaluations.
