Job Description

As a Client Success Coordinator, you will fully own creator communication, ensuring clear and effective communication to ensure everyone has the necessary information to successfully execute the campaign. Your timeline management skills should be top notch as you take 100% ownership on meeting deadlines. A large part of the role will be owning the entire creator content process, including reviewing creator briefs, sharing feedback, reviewing concepts/content, and scheduling content posting. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, including Creator Operations and Paid Media, to move the campaign forward. You will also be a campaign reporting wiz, collecting Post Campaign Analysis data, building graphs and additional reporting results. Developing a strong working relationship with the CSM you are partnering with, proactively flagging any concerns, sharing status updates, and arming them with the information they need to successfully support the clients is also vital. Ultimately, being client-obsessed and doing whatever it takes to keep clients happy is key.
